Missy's HEART is proud to help facilitate the future of our community’s animal care by supporting our future veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and veterinary assistants.  This merit-based scholarship is available to local high-school seniors seeking to enter the field of veterinary medicine with a career requiring post-secondary education.  It is our hope that many of our local students will return to this community upon graduation and provide much-needed veterinary care in the future.

 

This $500 scholarship is competitive and availability depends upon public funding.  Students are not required to be accepted to apply, but are required to be accepted to any accredited post-secondary program before funds are distributed.  Any university programs, community colleges, and online training programs that are AVMA approved are allowed.
